When the wayward heir of a grand duchy crosses paths with an impossibly handsome American chef, they experience un coup de foudre; a bolt of lightning, love at first sight. Unfortunately, River is NOT gay (he swears!) and Ro, heartbroken from a recent affair, has vowed never to catch feelings again.

Happenstance (or perhaps the hand of Fate) keeps them colliding with one another—and falling a little more in love—until River is forced to contend with his closet door and Ro realizes he is too warm to have a heart of ice.

Inheritance marries prose and art to create a graphic novel that leans heavily into the "novel" side of things. It is written and drawn for a mature audience, with heavy themes and, at times, NSFW.
